There’s no calorie counting, but you're given a certain weight of food quantity to consume each day. So, you should have access to a food scale that can measure in ounces. The diet will consist of lean proteins, veggies and fruit. A list of approved foods will be provided. We can adjust food intake upwards, as necessary, for people that are more active.
